Empathy map

The target audience was one of the last aspects of the double diamond we did before going in a different approach (more on this in LO3 / CMD Methods). We made this back when we still had the ARG in mind. The map is a representation of the target audience and what they say, think, do and feel when playing the ARG.

In order to get to the empathy map, I first had to do so quick research on what an empathy map is in the first place. What I found out is that in an empathy map you place what a user would feel, think, does and says when using your app. The things I thought of are in the image down below and are based on the persona's we made. These can be found under LO1 / Persona.

Since halfway through the empaty map we decided to change course, the map itself isn't fully finished but just a start of the finished product. What I can say is that even if I just made a start with one, I did learn quite a bit from it.
